Terry(Pile) Machine Series
Terry(Pile) machine is able to convert to bi-functioning one. It's means both of thick and thin fabrics can be knitted on the same machine. The pile fabric is very soft, it suit for babies and yang ladies apparels.

1. Structure of Machine :
①Cam blocks are designed for 4 track. If customer purchase 2 track machine only, we still offer 4 track cam block that it will convenient to purchase and install cams for knitting various fabrics in the future.
②It's not necessary to lubricate the gears that are immersed in an oil bath. An automatic oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing needle grooves and tracks. Also, there is a blowing device for cleaning the needle bed. All of these that we offer is to keep machines from dust, abrasion and increasing its efficiency.
2. Electronic Storage Yarn Feeder :
With a electronic servo-controlled yarn storage equipment, so that it is not easy to shut down, do not break yarn, fabrics are more smooth, increase production.
3. Design of Cams :
① Our cams are made of SKD-11 by CNC milling machine, so that camming tracks smoothly. It will increase the running speed of machine and life of needles.
②Cams of Single Jersey : Replaced with cams and yarn feed system of single jersey, the pile machine can be converted to single jersey for increasing its valves.
③Cam of Pile Machine : Upper cam of pile machine with two auxiliary design, it can increase the life of sinker more than double. The cam block is design for 2 needle tracks to reduce abrasion and stress on the needle butt. Also, the life of needles can be more longer.
4. Take-up Device :
Take-up device is controlled by server computer or with 120 speed. Through this type equipment can control the weight per yard of fabrics easy and time-saving.
5. Design of Cylinder :
Our cylinder is made of special alloy steel by computerized lathe. So abrasion resistance of cylinder is high and replace it easily.
6. Yarn Material :
Double brushing : using 2.5mm sinker, 150D polyester + 32D spandex.
Single brushing : using 2.5mm sinker, 75D polyester + 32D spandex.
7. Applications :
Robe, diaper, pajamas, popular girl cloth.
8. Productivity :
Double brushing(using 2.5mm sinker) : About 350-550 kgs / 24 hours on 60F machine
