1. Structure of Machine :
It's not necessary to lubricate the gears that are immersed in an oil bath. An automatic oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing needle grooves and tracks. Also, there is a blowing device for cleaning the needle bed. All of these that we offer is to keep machines from dust, abrasion and increasing its efficiency.
2. Design of Cams :
Our cams are made of SKD-11 by CNC milling machine, so that camming tracks smoothly. It will increase the running speed of machine and life of needles.
3. Electronic Storage Yarn Feeder :
With a electronic servo-controlled yarn storage equipment, so that it is not easy to shut down, do not break yarn, fabrics are more smooth, increase production.
4. Take-up Device :
Take-up device is controlled by server computer or with 120 speed. Through this type equipment can control the weight per yard of fabrics easy and time-saving.
5. Applications :
Float knit, pique, twill, lacoste, and the others for summer high quality apparels. Even the fabrics for bed covers and industrial lining can be produced as well.
