1. Machine Structure :
It's not necessary to lubricate the gears that are immersed in an oil bath.  An automatic oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing needle grooves and tracks.  Also, there is a blowing device for cleaning the needle bed.  All of these that we offer is to keep machines from dust, abrasion and increasing its efficiency.

2. Cam Black :
① Our cam blocks with 2 track to 3 track on dial and 2 track to 4 track to 6 track on cylinder provide the machine with multifunctions. Customer enable to produce various different pattern fabrics by interchange with cam and cam block.

② Cylinders have been specially designed, so there enable to exchange with 2 track - 3 track on dial, 2track - 4 track - 6 track on cylinder for decreasing production cost. Moreover, camming track and cams can be adjusted independently, that making the fabric change more extensive and silky.

3. New Electronic Control Panel :
It is more sensitive than traditional central panel, which can supervise abnormal status of knitting machine, adjust line of fabrics and count/show related numerical data, it is convenient for workers to hand the best produce status and speed of machine(RPM). Also, keep the machine under normal operation.

5. The bracket of synchronized yarn knitting system :
The bracket set is designed for adjusting all yarn knitting system at same time for Interlock knitting machine, universal machine and double jersey machine. Also for single feed adjusting.

6. Yarn material :
There is no limitation for the raw material to be use, such as linen, cotton, wool, silk, synthetic yarns and blends etc. Also, customer could knit above material with Lycra to increase its value.


7. Application :
The double knitted fabrics is widely used for apparels in spring and fall, especially for teenagers, ladies, sport and leisure wears.

8. Productivity :
About 200 - 250kgs fabrics can be produced per each machine / 24hours
